Governance and Supervision

All business channels and geographical areas are represented in a Diversity and Inclusion Management Council. The Council is in charge of encouraging inclusion and diversity throughout the company and assisting in the formation and growth of employee resource groups. The governing body of Directors receives regular updates from the Council regarding its operations.

Industry Engagement

As a signatory to the Cultural diversity in Response program of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA), we take great pride in uniting both limited partners and general partners alike who are dedicated to promoting DEI in the private equity industry.

Workplace Administration

We continue to gain from having a diverse workforce with an array of experiences and viewpoints because we value diversity. Our workplace policies and initiatives are made to encourage and facilitate the growth, diversity, and well-being of our workforce. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a part of LGMCORP’s dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Team members can join an ERG to further their involvement in DEI at LGMCORP and contribute to the creation of change.

LGMCORP in the Neighborhood

At LGMCORP, responsibility for society is ingrained in our culture. Our company, along with the businesses we invest in and own, are significant contributors to our neighborhoods. We firmly believe that charitable giving and corporate social responsibility programs should be used to support these neighborhoods. When our employees donate their expertise and time to worthy causes in their neighborhoods, we support and encourage them. Employees of LGMCORP who work in our offices in Hong Kong actively support regional nonprofit organizations and neighborhood-based projects. Our LGMCORP Loves program matches employee cash contributions to the nonprofits of their choice.

Effective Leadership

An essential component of LGMCORP’s achievement is responsible leadership across all of our platforms. We uphold the highest norms of sound management, which fosters confidence in our ability to manage capital. Quarterly compliance certifications and continuous employee training support and uphold our Code of Ethics and associated policies across the entire organization.
